Our Approach
Most dental fear is really fear of not understanding what's happening.
That gets worse when the explanation is in a language you're still working in. So we do it differently: we tell you what we see, what we recommend, and what it costs — before anything sharp comes near you, and in the language you're most comfortable speaking.
Hamtramck is a city where your neighbours might speak four different languages on the same block. A dental office here should be able to meet people where they are. We speak English and Arabic in the office, and if yours isn't one of those, tell us when you call and we'll sort something out — nobody should have to bring their kid along to translate a treatment plan.

What languages do you speak?
English and Arabic. Hamtramck is a city where several languages are spoken on the same block, so if the language you are most comfortable in is not one of ours, tell us when you call and we will arrange for someone to help. Nobody should have to bring their child along to translate a treatment plan.
Do you accept my dental insurance?
We accept most major PPO dental plans as well as Medicaid and Healthy Michigan dental coverage. Insurance is confusing on purpose, so call us at (313) 398-4269 with your card in hand and we will check your specific plan and tell you what is covered before you come in.
What if I don't have dental insurance?
You can still be seen. We quote a cash price up front before any treatment starts, and we offer payment plans for larger work. Ask for the price when you call and we will give you a straight number rather than an estimate that changes later.
Can I be seen the same day if I am in pain?
Yes. If you are in pain, have a broken or knocked-out tooth, or have swelling, call us first thing in the morning at (313) 398-4269 and we will do our best to see you the same day. Do not wait on dental pain — it rarely improves on its own.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help with that?
Yes, and you are not unusual for feeling that way. We explain each step before it happens, we stop the moment you raise your hand, and we will never start work you have not agreed to. If it has been years since your last visit, that is fine — we are not going to lecture you about it.
What happens at a first visit?
We talk first, then we take digital X-rays and do a gentle exam. After that we sit down and go through what we found in plain language, along with what each option costs, so you can decide what to do next on your own timeline.
Do you see children?
Yes, we see children and adults, and we try to book family members back to back so you are not making two separate trips. A parent stays in the room for the whole appointment.
